If you had already booked your room, or if you haven’t booked a room yet, you have to go in the apposite room for check-in and checkout next to the reception, where the totem that you see in the photo will be.
You have to follow all the instructions of the totem

Until the totem is ready, we will send (with advance booking) via a WhatsApp message, the box code where you will find the room key and the receipt of payment, which will be made in advance on the card you left as a guarantee.
